No, I do not have to and do not want to review every customer service interaction, every order and subscription. We are humans moving through life and we do not need a point out of 5 for every smile, nod and touch.

@grishund Vet inte om det är relaterat, men jag är fascinerad av “Aphantasia”, oförmågan att visualisera bilder/dofter i tanken. Jag inbillar mig att jag har en lindrig form av detta men ena sonen lider definitivt av det. “Räkna får” blir till exempel oförståeligt.

@DanWatersDesign This is a good question. Thankfully, with the Schrems 2 ruling it's becoming more clear for EU companies that GA is unviable. I tend to advise using Matomo. But generally, the way I help these companies does not change; I mainly try to create awareness.
