@jennyshen @luckykat In coaching the answers come from the coachee, and there is no hierarchy. In mentoring there is an assumed ”experienced” vs ”inexperienced” relationship, the assumption being a transfer of knowledge from the mentor.
@jennyshen @luckykat Coaching looks at you as a whole person, whereas mentoring is more often looking at the professional situation only.
