Spotify really have dropped the ball on communicating how podcasts work. I’ve seen people wonder why there are ads on podcasts when they pay for premium. The thing is: 99.999% of podcasts get zero reimbursement from Spotify. It’s just a distribution platform. Unless you’re Joe.
