Self-doubt is a sign of competence. Reflecting on how the world is complex, and there is so much we don't know, means we are better suited to manage in a way that welcomes feedback on the impact of our actions. Embrace your doubt. It's helping you be better than the know-it-alls.
Whenever I write these thoughts I try to look at them as advice or learnings that I would forward to my much younger self. 😊
