@thomaswoodcock This is fair. My tweet though was intended to emphasise that the distinction is not obvious (many I talk to equate them) but it is clearly there.
Unless ethics is used to reason and advise on how one can mitigate harm (I don't see it as rules), I find it hard calling it ethics.
