Hey @telegram, is it really necessary to show this eyesore of a red exclamation mark on the settings icon just because I don't want to have notifications turned on?
Same thing with this notice about sharing my phonebook with the app. Why can't I just say no and be rid of the notification? It doesn't feel like an autonomous choice if you are constantly nagging me. @telegram
