Intent: I was happily surprised the person sees the greater value in user research rather than trusting biased advice from a single person before any research is done.
@hhpapazian @Pasquale_Stella The “my work is done” part is half-joking because it makes it sound so final, but also: a large part of my work is coaching others in human-centric and human-considerate design. When I pass milestones these are ‘done’ and celebrated.
