@ichianna Exactly. I'm the same. And when you own the content being sent out an unsubscribe can feel "personal" in a way that it often really isn't.
Every time I send out a newsletter, a couple of people unsubscribe. Years ago this would pain me and I would fret on what I "did wrong". Today I am happy these people are making an active choice to consume content that works for them. Changing perspective can be healing.

I’m of the belief that these activities can be well-planned to minimize risk. But they are not *without* risk. The more important point is this: you can not as a leader urge people to do one thing and expect them to comply when you yourself do the opposite. That endangers all.

Some media will be reporting that Dan Eliasson resigned or was kicked off his post. In reality he asked to be relocated and will keep his salary of 160,000 SEK/month for two more years doing less critical work. Essentially sounds like he was awarded for his missteps.
