@frbec I do find it at odds with GDPR that Clubhouse be allowed to store my friends' and business contacts' names and numbers, alongside their relationship to me, without their consent.

So I did finally secure my username on clubhouse. It says I have five invites but there is no way to send those invites without giving the app access to my address book, which I refuse to do (and no one should without the consent of the people in their address book)
This is where it would really come in handy to have the ability to provide access to a fake address book. Or at least the ability to select only individuals from the address book (sort of how image access works now on iPhone). Are you listening @Apple?

Found out a few hours ago that a person I was proud to have worked with for a year (and knew of much longer than that) - an impressive leader in the digital health space - passed away this weekend. And I haven't been able to do any real work since... everything is in slow-motion.
