@IDGse Jag upplever detta som en oerhört förvirrande artikel som fullständigt blandar ihop begreppen. Den ger tyvärr en direkt felaktig bild av UX och tar sig också ton i rubriken utan att påvisa personer som uttryckligen får "huvudbry". Även begreppet AI används missvisande...
