When I started doing talks on accessibility, I did not imagine that 15 years later most organizations still wouldn't manage to be inclusive online. But this made me research behavioral ethics to better understand why humans keep making bad decisions.
Building resilience, in yourself and others, will assist in mitigating the forces that promote our poor choices. Along with impact management I believe this will be of huge importance to the tech developments of our future.
When frustration hits, changing perspective can help.

Do not stand on stage and say you do not need a microphone. There may be people with hearing impairments in the room and audio equipment may have a hearing loop.
Always choose and accept the microphone.
And if you find yourself asking "Can you hear me in the back?" the people answering are likely not the people with hearing impairments.
Please recognize that the goal of WCAG is not WCAG compliance, but to empower as many people as possible with your design.

@adblanche I’d search online for programmes that are affiliated with ICF. coachfederation.org I’d say 6-10,000 dollars for a training programme and then it’s about logging coaching hours.

Here’s a basic tip for meeting organizers: book the meeting room 15 mins ahead of start time. This gives you time to prepare the room ahead of participants arriving. Also, end the meeting *at least* 5 mins before you need to be out of the room. Ending with stress is never good.

Trying to understand how a failure to ensure accessibility in the new Gutenberg editor for Wordpress will impact public sector organizations across the world. Pretty sure this could mean substantial costs if they fail to comply with local laws.
