2) How can we get management to understand how much building a culture of ethics matters?

I'm almost 45 and I've just realized my telephone phobia has gradually been getting better over the past 6 months or so. I have no idea what's brought this on.
Diversity is being invited to the party. Accessibility is being able to participate on your own terms. Inclusion is creating an emotionally safe space, free from prejudice and harm.
To be clear, I was having trouble with the version of this that goes: "Inclusion is being asked to dance." As an introvert this chafed me. Not everyone wants this.
