@Eduardo_Rich I lucked out and for many years had a project manager driven primarily by value for people, and they managed to keep worries of budget and time away from the team. Wildly impressive now that I think of it.
It's pretty darn impressive that so many of us get along. 👊
Sometimes I feel that project managers forget that the true drivers of many team members is to create real value for real people, not to finish the project on time/budget or without knowing if it makes a difference. Likewise, team members forget the expectations put on the PM.
