@Shortwave @cydharrell Thanks, this is actually exactly the type of response I like to see :) I'm well aware that the type of software you're building requires the access, and can provide real value. It truly does come down to trust, and if I feel control over my data, e.g. able to delete in a click.
Important investigative documentary about the Boeing 737 Max. Highly recommended. Really makes evident the importance of encouraging and protecting whistleblowers. And how the struggle to appease shareholders can be a vector for disaster.

Just finished watching. It's horrific. If @Boeing hadn't consciously taken shortcuts, acted deceitfully and "jedi-mind-tricked" regulators (an actual phrase used in an email), those crashes would not have happened and all those people would not have died in those crashes. 😢
In January 2021, the U.S. Department of Justice charged Boeing with criminal conspiracy to defraud the FAA. Boeing agreed to pay 2.5 billion dollars in fines and compensation. This arrangement has allowed @Boeing to avoid criminal prosecution.

Was looking at @shortwave, a service that can manage Gmail but I don't think I can see myself giving this type of access to my email.
What are your thoughts on giving complete read access to all your email to a third party that may find itself struggling financially?

Most common error I see in design systems is defining a fixed size for H1, H2, H3 etc. The numbers communicate page structure, not the size of headings. You likely don't want an H2 in sidebars and footers the same size as in the main body – but you do want the availability of H2.
Anyway, this has been my first purely interaction design related tweet in ages, I realised. 😅 Just been a pet peeve of mine and I had to say something. Carry on.
