@voxpelli @kolombiken Jag tĂ€nker att det Ă€r QR-koden som ĂR förkortningen. Iphone visar bara domĂ€nnamnet i sökaren och nĂ€r det dĂ„ stĂ„r bit.ly istĂ€llet för bris.se sĂ„ finns ingen förutsĂ€gbarhet. (min poĂ€ng blir dĂ„ att Bris uppmuntrar anvĂ€ndning av Bitly-lĂ€nkar)
Bit.ly samlar in ip-adress och en del mer, och bygger en annonsprofil med sitt nÀtverk av tjÀnster. Detta skulle det dÄ behövas samtycke till menar jag.
Firebase-lÀnken verkar inte göra sÄ mycket (ens funktionsmÀssigt) sÄ jag har slÀppt att grÀva i vad de eventuellt samlar in. TjÀnsten som anvÀnds slutar funka nÀsta Är och Firebase har en varningsruta om att inte anvÀnda den, sedan ett Är tillbaka.
Sedan kommer man till en subdomÀn hos frankfam.co och sedan till Bris, efter ett klick. Hos Bris Àr samtycket för Youtube förvalt i cookie-rutan och sammanblandad med andra cookies ("GodkÀnn cookies för YouTube och instÀllningar").
Personuppgifter om barn anses ju ocksÄ sÀrskilt skyddsvÀrda. "I frÄga om barn mÄste ni vara extra uppmÀrksamma pÄ att barnet har förmÄga att förstÄ och samtycka till behandlingen." skriver IMY.
Rent övergripande förvÄnas jag ocksÄ över att Bris gör sig beroende av tre av varandra oberoende domÀnnamn som de inte sjÀlva har kontroll över (bit.ly, page.link och frankfam.co) för att komma fram till mÄlet.

@fasterandworse Hehe, same. I think design may actually be broader the way I see it, but from the perspective of most people reading the post, I believe âdesignâ or âdesignerâ is not a term that a majority identifies with. Conversely, a great many more people understand the concept of innovation. i.e. there is a broader consenus on innovation, whereas design for many people is just âhow it looksâ.
Explaining how I see design would take a long-form essay. đ
I also donât really like the word innovation, but thatâs another story. My own company name includes it. đ

Agree. I sort of try to emphasise this under the heading âFearmongering sentience claimsâ in the post, but I do suffer from trying to make too many points at the same time. đ

Yes, Apple Podcasts requires an RSS feed to register your podcast, and this is the platform for most podcasts to then propagate throughout the "podiverse". And Spotify's new hosting platform creates an RSS feed (but doesn't immediately make it public, that's up to the podcast owner - Spotify would much rather you didn't host your podcast anywhere else).
But Spotify and others also offer exclusive shows (i.e. not podcasts). At least they did. And some podcasts don't disclose their feed so other services can pick it up. Some shows I've seen only publish an audio file on a web page or exclusively on Soundcloud for example.
