May have to read the book now. My inner conspiracy nut is now thinking about wealthy people who benefit from bad reviews... 😁

@Lazer Interestingly, American/Australian football neither use feet (primarily) or even a ball. But in Gaelic football they do have a ball.

@MrAlanCooper @shoobe01 I think SMS itself is a good example of this. Texting on mobile phones in the late 90s was horrible (remember 3 presses for "C"?) but it took off because the experience was worth the pain. Only with QWERTY keyboards did it become mainstream though.
