Jag är verkligen oroad över hur lättsamt den här typen av system kan börja användas inom vården. Det borde finnas regelverk som stoppar dem.

@ambivalena Ett grundläggande problem är, som jag ser det, att tekniken alltid kommer utifrån. Om det fanns it-verktyg som personalen direkt kunde börja använda utifrån egna förutsättningar på ett sätt som passar in i deras vardag, alltid på deras egna villkor, så vore det en annan sak. Men det förunderliga jag tar med mig efter 30 år inom it är att ingen litar på att människorna som gör jobbet har bäst koll på hur man gör jobbet.

@julian You were right, it was a bot protection mechanism at Cloudflare. When I turned that off it started working. Oddly, the same system was turned on for the other domain which was working - meaning the LinkedIn bot was behaving "suspiciously" towards only one of my sites(!) Live and learn. Thanks again.

If you search for ”managed Ghost hosting” there are quite a few suppliers these days. I’d say that is the best option when you don’t want to bother with installs and updates.

I'd check out MailerLite, EmailOctopus or Sendfox. All have free, limited options. Sendfox also has a tier which gives you unlimited sending to a newsletter of 5,000 for a single(!) payment of 49USD.
I personally use a self-installed Ghost platform with Mailgun integration, for full control.
But yeah, I miss Tinyletter...

Det kan du absolut träna upp tänker jag :) Säger jag som inte alls kan själv.
Min PT (för många år sedan) tvingade mig att först göra baklänges-chins för att träna upp styrkan - alltså först hänga i den övre positionen (ta sig upp med en pall eller något) för att sedan långsamt sänka sig ner.

I can see that as well. There is a definitely a problem here and I'd really like to see scholars (and journalists) to address it more transparently.
It could also be that we are being gaslighted by industry when just using language that comes naturally.
