I've realized I have no problem breaking rules when I am convinced it moves a project forward faster in the right direction. So far so good.

This past Friday we did a 2-hour live listener phone-in with @uxpodcast and streamed the show on Facebook for the first time. We found it somewhat difficult to keep an eye on the chat (comments kept shifting in order) all the while staying focused on the subject we are currently talking about, and including callers in the stream.
Any advice from the Facebook live pros out there?

@uxcoachme I like this, and I agree, but why specifically exclude technology - it seems we could make a rather long list of what to exclude.
When someone says #UX is about "people using things, not technology", isn't this just misconstruing what tech is? I mean, a pencil is tech.
Unless the definition of tehnology changed and I didn't get the memo. 😳
Dolphins and some primates use technology but I don't think they're using a dial-up modem.
