This past Friday we did a 2-hour live listener phone-in with @uxpodcast and streamed the show on Facebook for the first time. We found it somewhat difficult to keep an eye on the chat (comments kept shifting in order) all the while staying focused on the subject we are currently talking about, and including callers in the stream.

Any advice from the Facebook live pros out there?
