@Acuity_Design Wow, that is surprising. As the Vox article mentions it also receives no scrutiny from Malcolm Gladwell (Blink). Not as surprising, but dangerous. The lack of connection to actual behavior is what what gets me worried about its supposed message.

There is a study making the rounds around implicit bias and prejudice. (Steven Pinker recently posted on it.) Be advised that single studies are not considered compelling evidence in psychology.

The IAT can’t really do what it’s supposed to: predict your bias.

This is unlikely a tool for understanding or fighting prejudice.
