@Wildenstam True, far from all of these will be of Swedish origin, but at least commonly used in Swedish. 😊

@DorotheaBaur I'd love a thread of idioms pertaining only to cows. 😁🐮

@MzansiMaasai @white_owly Ha, I actually researched this! The Prussian blue color became financially viable for less well-off people in the early 19th century. All the finest furniture (used to store linen, porcelain and silver) was painted in this blue. Defecating in it would be the worst possible thing.

@kateheydonorg Lovely environment! I started cycling to work last year. It was such a great way to start and end the day. Then came winter followed by corona.
This is me in my element when I need to go somewhere off-grid and think.

As I'm deleting my Instagram account, there may be more picture/photo content from me here going forward. We'll see how that plays out ;)
↪ Replying to @amrancz
@amrancz I try to embrace it. It means that you take time to reflect and reason – which is a good thing. It can also mean you are _gaining_ expertise and proficiency, as "the more you know, the more you know you don't know".
'Yet people across the globe now use fragile storage media […]. In the event that the world’s electricity grids could no longer be maintained, we would miss more than comfort and convenience; we could lose science, higher mathematics, and history.'

By repeatedly asking me how my experience with your company was, you are negatively influencing my experience of your company.
Believe it or not, all communication from your company is part of the experience.
#catch22

"Our European visitors are important to us."

The irony of this is that they truly do seem to care about European visitors, enough to know they aren't following privacy laws and decided to protect EU citizens from these practices. American visitors? Not so much. 😅

@hankvonhelvete I agree. In the true sense of what these words mean, scanning is reading. But in UX the myth of not reading for comprehension lives on...
