"We have been naive." is political code for "We are now going to be treating large groups of people a lot worse."

@interacting Paper prototyping promotes reflection, co-creation and immensely valuable discussions.
It's a fantastic tool if you know what you're doing and it grieves me to see how many designers have not only never tried it but also rudely dismiss it without ever having tried it.
@interacting Also wondering how many actually read the article... 😂
@interacting Am also seeing tweets about how the example in the tweet is over-engineered. How can you know this without knowing context? For example, I see how this would be awesome for teaching programming.
To conclude "over-engineered" I would need a lot more info. Context is key.
Google's own AI ethics board was unethical by design. It lasted a week.
Can't make stuff like this up.

Deciding to start watching Game of Thrones for the first time is probably the most stupid thing I can do right now. Which is why... (you can fill in the rest).
I'm at #S6E3. Not that anyone is wondering. The goal is obviously to reach the final episode by the final episode.

I did predict this behavior of mine... x.com/axbom/status/8…
Favorite #GOT quote thus far: ”Are you trying to present your own statements as ancient wisdom?”
Don’t we all...

I may just make it...

Boom. So, in 47 days I watched #GameofThrones from the start (without having seen a single episode before that), finishing some hours before the final episode is released. It was a truly stupid endeavor but I don’t regret a thing.
Now I’m thankfully immune to spoilers.

Still on the fence about waking up at 3am to watch the finale. But leaning towards "now I must".
All done. Yes, yes it was worth doing. 😁
"the audience’s refusal to see Dany as an inherently violent character, whose colonial aspirations make her irredeemable, is reflective of our inability to see our own society in this light, even when we cause similar destruction in non-white countries."

What’s going on here @Apple ? A covert new setting implemented - enabled by default - that promotes segregation. Not a written word to announce it. #a11y #accessibility
