@dmitryn Probably my reaction to sitting in one meeting too many where people expect to have answers without research. :)
@dmitryn I am definitely an advocate of UX being a mindset that people of many different professions can have and employ.

@erova That's not what I'm saying though. I'm saying do the research instead of sit in meetings guessing what needs to be done.
UX is about pursuing real answers when everyone else is just guessing. #ux
