@clartem Fair point :) but that word "pressure" makes me cringe. In my rant then the second task would be "more of the same, just faster."
Making a task less time-consuming is relevant for the worker if they can work less hours for the same pay. #ux 1/3
OR if the second task they will spend time on in its place is more rewarding than the first task. #ux 2/3

@whatusersdo The only way I overcome biases is really to challenge them. More research, more exposure to different ideas, is what helps me overcome bias.

@whatusersdo I talk about them with peers. It is after hundreds of interviews though that you begin to learn that you know nothing, and just go with it.
