@beantin I saw that ;) the reason for my reaction is that most of the time people seem to use the word as an excuse, make manipulation seem ok.
@beantin But you know this :)
@beantin It’s hard to communicate that nudging has to be transparent and never misleading. And thus also easy to opt out of a nudge.
What if the reason people do not buy your product when a page loads slowly is that they have time to realize they don’t need your product?
Whenever I see the word ”nudge” now the hairs on my neck stand on end...
