@Loukas_RS There's a third-party service I recommend for syncing in the article. It will sync either way whichever platform you start on.

@moabrglf Underbart. De sålde skinnet innan trollet stod i farstun.
So I was over on Mastodon and hesitated as I was about to like a toot (that’s what tweets are called there). Anyway, I hesitated because I started to wonder how the like might screw up the algorithm of what I see. And, then, I realised there is no algorithm to screw up!!! Bliss.
So apparently my tweets sync back to Mastodon, which I had forgotten I had set up 😅

“Facebook’s own engineers admit that they are struggling to make sense and keep track of where user data goes once it’s inside Facebook’s systems, according to the document.” Too big to comply with privacy laws.

@barbiche Så sant. Det får bli annons i tidningen tror jag minsann.
My Mastodon presence. I do not expect there to be a seismic shift one way or the other in the short term, but I do like exploring options.
It can be confusing at first, but friction isn’t always bad ;)

Has Musk claimed the "Founder of Twitter" title yet?

How many new items of clothing do you buy per year? The average American buys 68.
I want to start tracking this for myself. Not only clothes really, but all purchases and all conclusions of ownership…

@JuleMarie1999 This is true, there’s always a finish line for what you’re making in the moment, for a certain context or within a time constraint. I think what I mostly wanted to call out was the “famous” quote about the drill and how it doesn’t really help us pinpoint what an insight is. ->
@JuleMarie1999 That said: going beyond what one decides is “within scope” can also uncover opportunities and ideas that suddenly then also become “within scope”. That type of research dedication is of course rare.
