Last rant this morning. If you are going to include end-users in your design process, please don't include them "just because that's what you do". Spend time preparing sessions, care for people, provide feedback and allow time for making good use of all learnings.

These are the most important people you can ever meet when it comes to your design. Please, please, treat them as the important people they are and don't scare them away from ever participating again.
