@frdrk I think people are leaving for reasons like this but the vast majority have no clue about these actions.
That awful connect button on LinkedIn. Tap it and the connect request is sent. No confirmation request, no ability to also add a message – which @LinkedIn claims is the behavior they endorse. 🤦🏽♀️
One way to support a behavior is to actually design for it...

@interacting Paper prototyping promotes reflection, co-creation and immensely valuable discussions.
It's a fantastic tool if you know what you're doing and it grieves me to see how many designers have not only never tried it but also rudely dismiss it without ever having tried it.

@interacting Am also seeing tweets about how the example in the tweet is over-engineered. How can you know this without knowing context? For example, I see how this would be awesome for teaching programming.
To conclude "over-engineered" I would need a lot more info. Context is key.
Google's own AI ethics board was unethical by design. It lasted a week.

Boom. So, in 47 days I watched #GameofThrones from the start (without having seen a single episode before that), finishing some hours before the final episode is released. It was a truly stupid endeavor but I don’t regret a thing.
Now I’m thankfully immune to spoilers.
Still on the fence about waking up at 3am to watch the finale. But leaning towards "now I must".
All done. Yes, yes it was worth doing. 😁
