When setting key performance indicators, you'd do well to also discuss if a performance indicator boost is relevant at any humanitarian cost.
Or even, if the performance indicator itself encourages harm to others.

If you're going to feed a machine with historical data so that it can learn, make sure you have checked the ingredients. If the historical data contains historical prejudice, misogyny, ableism and racism... your machine will now contain, and grow from, exactly this.

@jayeskenazi Iâm tweeting about him very little I think. :) But itâs hard to not get caught up sometimes. I use my Twitter as a microblog which means I tweet about stuff that affects me. It gives a more fair reflection of me as a person, I think, and makes it of higher value to me as well.
