Do you have notes and/or signs set up around your home and/or workplace to remind you of your values, goals or ambitions? Or maybe inspirational quotes?
If you feel comfortable sharing one or two of them that would be awesome. My intent is to get better at doing this myself.
The many journalists allowing a world leader’s gibberish and incoherent sentences to be interpreted as real views and arguments is perhaps one of media’s biggest betrayals over the past 3 years.

@berkun Ah, I see. Thanks. I would argue that the first box can be said to primarily address the former, given that I do not know the challenge. The latter would be addressed by the box labeled "Do you consider impact beyond your operations?" (autonomy/freedom-of-choice...etc)
@berkun Even the light switch can of course have serious human impact depending on where it's placed. That's a good exercise actually that I'm going to run with my students... love how these ideas are sparked.

@berkun There is also a thinking that I'm sure is hard to get across, that when you fail in the first few boxes there you are likely more unethical than if you fail later on with the last few boxes... so I'd accept the argument that it's truly more of a checklist than a flowchart.

@berkun Thanks for the feedback Scott! Not sure I understand this question though. The point of the first question is exactly this... if you answer no to "Are you influencing decisions?" then you end up in "Then you are likely not working with design." and the flowchart ends =)
