Some companies allow you to cancel the same way you sign up… with the click of a button.

That map by Kai Krause (using the country shapes from the Mercator projection) has also been reworked by signature “G.D.” using Gall’s stereographic cylindrical projection which maintains real country shapes better.

@PavelASamsonov I obviously like maps, so I'll also add the one with US military presence around the world in 2015. I think it's actually down to 77 countries now.
This is an example of a nice video with some significant faults.
1) No captions. The words of the narrator are not available if you can't hear.
2) No audio description. e.g. the gymnastics portion of the video is unavailable if you can't see.

Note that there is also less need for a separate audio description in a short video like this if the narrator's main script is repuposed to describe more of what is happening in the video.
And yes, Twitter supports .SRT files. At least if you're posting ads or using their media studio.

Sometimes I think about the people who watch real-life violence for hours on end so they can block it and lessen the risk that the rest of us see it. I think about what this type of job does to a person. And just *thinking* about that breaks me.

@jennytheolin The chat interaction, polls and questions during weren't really a problem. It's that silent ending (people are on mute because with a big audience that is the only way I see it working) and lack of energy only made possible by being in the same room that I miss.
