@jonathansulo @per_p @loopia Thanks Jonathan! I thought I'd done this but apparently not. Unfortunately few providers seems to employ this but I'll definitely set it up!

@per_p Possibly. This has been going on for years though. No way to protect yourself from e-mail spoofing. E-mail is broken.

@jcscaliger I actually bought the noise-cancelling Bose ones for my wife two weeks ago. I can compare them tomorrow. No, not very loud music.
↪ Replying to @dlichaw
@dlichaw @carriehd I think you impress rather than disappoint by having an allocated 30-45 min slot of time each day for responding to emails and messages.
↪ Replying to @dlichaw
@dlichaw @carriehd I think for me it's that boring answer: it depends. For teams a daily standup + team chat works. New client emails I want to answer soonish.
↪ Replying to @dlichaw
@dlichaw @carriehd I can take 2-3 days to respond to e-mail these days. Sometimes even longer. If it's really important they'll send a text or call.
↪ Replying to @psilfver
@psilfver Haha. This struck me as a possibility as well. It does happen. But yes, rarely.

@ilovegraphics I would gladly follow Eric though, so there are examples of this sentiment as well.
↪ Replying to @ilovegraphics
@ilovegraphics True. And I'm naively wishing for leaders who lead with compassion and not hate, especially when they speak of compassion.

@ilovegraphics Third person in a short time frame displaying similar behavior. It made me "angry" 😜
↪ Replying to @ilovegraphics
@ilovegraphics I'm using "anger" incorrectly here. I really mean "hateful speech". Anger is of course what triggers that behavior.
↪ Replying to @ilovegraphics
@ilovegraphics To me it just polarizes and makes people of a different mindset less prone to listening.
↪ Replying to @ilovegraphics
@ilovegraphics You may be rightbut it makes me sad to think that instigating change won't work without anger.
↪ Replying to @ilovegraphics
@ilovegraphics I don't think it's a "Swede" mentality tho'. I hear lots of Swedes trying to get points of empathy and goodwill across with anger as well.
↪ Replying to @ilovegraphics
@ilovegraphics Interesting. Also interesting that you put needed in quotation marks 😉
