@theredheadsaid Haha, I’m up to S3E4. Couldn’t agree more. Prevents me from having a good night’s sleep.

@theredheadsaid @jjeff This is a fair point. In my case I have the luxury of having my own small studio that I can work from (very close to home but not at home). What I do feel is the expectancy of constant availability that wasn't there before.
@theredheadsaid @jjeff But yeah, now that my dog is injured I am taking more meetings AT home and I totally get the emotion of not being comfortable with everyone being virtually in your home, also commenting your art and asking about stuff in the background.
@theredheadsaid @jjeff Now I feel a blog post wants to be written...
"'Is that your mom in that photo?' and 14 other questions you shouldn't be asking during online meetings."

@dlichaw great responses already but in short:
- lack of movement (gaze direction and body)
- cognitive load (lack of physical cues craves higher focus)
- lack of online experience among participants
- harder to say no (always ”quick checkin” available)
- mental exhaustion because corona

@movito All of them. 😅 This often comes down to the client’s systems, if I’m talking to a manager or developer, if I’m doing a workshop or quick checkin. Starleaf, Zoom, Teams, Skype, Whereby, Facetime, you name it.
For me it’s a scheduling issue, and expectation issue (from others).

@poojac99 Fantastic work. Don’t know if this is relevant but I was reading that some states are canceling scheduled abortions and calling them non-essential in light of the pandemic. This might be pertinent in the pregnancy section. Understand if it’s not, but it’s something that upset me.
