Very weird bug in Ghost... All of a sudden all the body text in the editor is grayed out. Everything still functions, and I can edit the text, but it's very hard to see(!)
What could be going on here?
* This is happening on all posts.
* It's happening in more than one browser.
* It's only happening for one of my Ghost installs (http://axbom.com), the others are still fine
* The text on the published site is fine, and everything looks good in previews
Any ideas are welcome.
Reports of content moderator trauma have been running in mainstream media since at least 2014. And some of these reports reference events 10 years prior. In essence, many of us have been failing these people for at least two decades by not keeping companies accountable and continuing to support their products.
That's a hard pill to swallow, but these days I believe we need more uncomfortable honesty for any type of change to happen. Acknowledging our own role in all of it can only be a good thing going forward.
This largely hidden sector of the social media and AI industries is only growing.

I would say Ghost is just as simple for publishing but a bit pricey if you don't self-host it. It's what I've been using and recommending for blogging for some years now.

Upgrading my server to Ubuntu 22.04. My websites wonāt be reachable for the next couple of hours.
Realising that it was a smart move to put Akkoma (this instance) on its own server. I donāt like it when all my comms go down at the same time.
Hoping to get everything online again by 10pm CET. (Sunday, February 9)
All services are up again. This actually all took only about an hour and 20 minutes. Iām very relieved. š
