@dmcgk @Kaiern I have a battery-powered snow blower from Ryobi. It’s decent. Also quite expensive when I realised I needed 36v batteries. 😬 I have long paths to clear, and it certainly helps with most of it…
I’ve seen the new “electric shovel” from Ryobi as well. Looks neat but would be too little for my needs.
Both these feel expensive but considering that snow shoveling is significant trigger of cardiac arrest amongst men (here in Sweden), it’s an investment in myself as well.

I remember in the early 2000s how I loved making sure there was an easter egg in most hobby websites I built. Usually a keypress combination. It seems like Google/Alphabet is the primary software company keeping to this tradition, but I’m gonna try and make an effort to encourage more easter eggs in corporate websites.

The reason Grok so easily can generate nudes of children is because it is trained on that type of content. It is not using "imagination".
Too few are saying this part aloud. Any face generated using image-gens can be from a situation of abuse.
Explained: Image generators need so much data that there is no one at the companies that build them who can keep track of where the data comes from and what is actually portrayed in the source data. No one can take responsibility, which the bros embrace as a feature, not a bug.
That is why I am particularly bothered by generated images of children, as it has previously been shown that large datasets likely contain many images of abuse. There are such large amounts of images that it would take thousands of years to look through them. Which to me makes it obvious that they contains violent images of all kinds.
So when an image (or film) is generated where children appear – in any situation, I always wonder: why does that particular child's face appear? Whose child might have fallen victim to the computational model this time... resurfacing pain that refuses to go away when tech companies immortalize it.
And yes, of course this goes beyond children.
This makes me truly shudder amongst all other carnage the software causes.
