Hits me that the Swedish translation of Star Wars is Stjärnornas krig, which is "The stars' wars". Correct Swedish would be Stjärnkrig. 😬

I've had telephone phobia most of my life. For scheduled calls this phobia does not surface at all.
The fear is triggered in anticipation of the call (both calling out and in). During the call the fear is absent. #phonephobia
I haven't talked about it much with others because it just feels silly. Also, digital messaging provides a coping mechanism. #phonephobia
It's also much better now than maybe 10 years ago. Shout out to all those afflicted. I feel your anxiety. It can get better. #phonephobia
