Our interview with Jared Spool at From Business to Buttons is out today. x.com/uxpodcast/stat…
↪ Replying to @davegray
@davegray The fact that we accept infinite expanding universe as a premise speaks volumes to me.
Instead of "building delight", maybe we should figure out why there is a craving for delight in the first place.
My constant worry is that when we solve for the wrong problem, we build a need for the wrong problem to keep existing.
Why @GeorgeMonbiot calls it #ClimateBreakdown:
« Climate change is a ridiculous thing to call it. It's like calling a foreign invasion "unexpected guests". » x.com/novaramedia/st…

@scifiinterfaces I honestly thought this was a real picture for a second.

↪ Replying to @jessicaschedvin
@jessicaschedvin Glad att han möter klokt motstånd i kommentarerna. Men helt klart sattes det igång något där fler letar saker att kritisera hos samma person. Ledsamt beteende. x.com/malinlernfelt/…
My response when people ask for a lower price: "Sure, explain to me why you think I am worth less than I asked for and we can take it from there."
I may be addicted to buying books...
↪ Replying to @amjec
@amjec Maybe. But doesn't hindight bias imply that I knew what I was doing? Ha, which I see now that my tweet implies. Actually, I didn't know what the heck I was doing but I something - don't know what - made me make a choice that I in now in hindsight value. Hmmm....
@amjec I think what I really wanted to say with the tweet was, don't value stuff just because the people around you value it. Make sure it's your own choice.
I had not truly reflected on how much the name of a talk can mean for the speaker, until I named my Sthlm Xperience talk and am ludicrously excited about delivering something that lives up to the title.

Let me know when I'm taking this too far... instagram.com/p/BowFZl6lqKL/
One of the important career decisions of my life was turning down a managerial position at Ericsson at 26. I am thankful I was mature enough to realize that path, though valued by people around me, would not have made me happy.
I just drew Gizmo in Keynote! 😃 Don't know why I put myself through these things but it's also somewhat crazy what you can actually do in Keynote...

Great workshop on storytelling today, guided by the brilliant @annadahlstrom

↪ Replying to @DaveLaFontaine
@DaveLaFontaine Thanks. I wasn’t entirely sure if I was making sense but you did a beautiful interpretation!
When someone says the internet eliminates the middlemen (the intermediary between two parties), it essentially means that the architects, designers and developers of the digital system are the intermediary party.
Just not accountable.
