”Instead of confirmshaming we will see trustful naming. Instead of infinite scroll we will see human control. Instead of unclear consent we will see transparent intent. And instead of incessant notifications we will see respectful conversations.” – me

I can’t help but wonder what type of precedent is set by the City Points app in Cascais, Portugal. How might awarding citizens for good behavior spiral into something else and I don’t know, take a nosedive?

A bunch of smart people, and me, with some opinions on UI trends of 2019. Really wonderful to see so many mentions of accessibility and inclusive design.

Two days of highlighting negative impact in design and how we can become better at predicting, identifying and mitigating harm.
I promise to end on a positive note! 😀
