As usual I keep getting the hashtag wrong... this might be the safest suite: #fbtb #fbtb19 #fbtb2019
Though #fbtb19 seems to be the official one :)

Opening keynote @jakek is an entertainer, educator and captivating philosopher.
Photo 3 (the almost completely black one) is a photo of Stockholm in January. 🤪

@UxBjarne @WalterStephanie Of the more recent ones, try 197 Mental Health with @JennyAkullian , 194 Research on the fly with @cydharrell and 192 Values are the experience with @kimgoodwin. Our most recent episode 209 was loads of fun as well.
If you use @spotify you can find all episodes there too.

@heather_ia Written/spoken reviews I'm all for. It's all the ratings (often NPS) that irritate me. I should have been more clear on that in my OP :)

@heather_ia For me I struggle to see how they provide value. And add to my task list. I'm all for letting people know I've appreciated their job performance but this also makes me wonder what a "bad" review will mean in terms of repercussions for an individual who just had a bad day.
@heather_ia More on point with the types of requests I usually see: All forms of rating human beings on a scale make me feel uncomfortable.
Dear customer service,
You were doing great until you asked me to rate my experience.
Sincerely,

@baekdal Yes, and the algorithm feeds itself because more people will now watch those unrelated titles.

@dabitch The best idea I can think of is that Fitbit also has messaging between users and all messaging can be used for scams.
Somebody hacked my @Fitbit account. Please excuse any odd behavior from that account.
cc @FitbitSupport I sent you a support request about this as well.
Apparently my e-mail address was changed to my89003816x@vuln.to 🤷♂️
To be honest I’m not surprised. I don’t use the account much and it had an old password. Not taking care of passwords will do this to you.
Aaand I'm back in control. You know how? By using the new weird e-mail address and my own old password 😂 Changed the e-mail back to mine and reset the password. Feel like those hackers need some teaching...
I mean, I’ve been using these examples in my talks for a long time now as well. I guess it’s just too expensive for little Google to fix. But deception is cheap. 🤷♂️

@Acuity_Design This will obviously be debated based on causation/correlation. But this earlier quote from @Netflix CEO Reed Hastings reveals underlying company values: ”It is controversial. But nobody has to watch it.” 😟

@Acuity_Design @netflix i.e. not the words I would expect from anyone concerned with taking the necessary steps to care for human well-being.
