We are always fighting so many psychological effects and biases that very few set aside time to check if they are even real.
Ironically, this is already called the Don Quixote effect. And so we come full circle.

It's only relevant to do research if you are prepared to learn that everything you believe is wrong.
And you are willing to be honest about those insights and act on them.
