Jag har precis avslutat mitt första "rum" på appen #Clubhouse där jag bjöd in till att prata om ämnet "Tips för inkluderande samtal".
Jag har skrivit här om mina egna tips och kommer löpande uppdatera även med många av de tips som kommit in från deltagarna. Detta för att deltagarna ska få en tillgänglig sammanfattning, men också för att du som inte har Clubhouse ska få ta del av innehållet också.
Det svåraste? Att avsluta. Vi kunde ha pratat i timmar. Jag höll dock samtalet i en timme.

@NinniU @owenil @ceciliadjurberg @AB_Karin @AftonbladetK Ett extra tips är att appen går att köra samtidigt på en separat enhet om man har en sådan (till exempel en iPad) där man väljer att ha en tom adressbok och kan skicka inbjudningar från.
Men i sig är appen förstås i stort olaglig för organisationer i EU och kritiken befogad.

The direct money amount saved by policy and decision-making is a number one driving force. Secondary effects: Lives destroyed, related suicides and health deterioration are harder to measure and too easily ignored.
We need to pay more attention to that which is hard to measure.

Today I have listened in on #Clubhouse rooms with participants who
* have speech impediments after traumatic brain injury (TBI)
* are deaf / hard-of-hearing
* are blind or have visual impairments
Here is what I have learned:
Rooms are much more inclusive when people who speak always start by saying “This is NAME” and when they are done speaking clearly say “I am done speaking.”
Here is why:
A) Some people use closed caption systems that transcribe speech to text. Without expressed clarity on who is speaking there is just one stream of text without context, because these systems rarely differentiate voices.
B) People with speech impairments do not have to worry that people are politely waiting on them to finish when they are in fact done. They also aren’t interrupted before they are done. There is less confusion and people feel more safe when chiming in.
C) Generally, this benefits everyone as i) people do not talk over each other or interrupt each other unnecessarily and ii) it’s easier to follow along if you have your phone set aside and are not watching the “stage” or iii) when two people’s voices are very similar.
Tip: This habit can improve all meetings.

@gustavgatu @janzzon77 @faktoider Tack för delning Gustav. Personligen kör jag faktiskt Clubhouse även på min iPad där jag valt att ha adressboken tom, och har bjudit in därifrån, som du nämnde i din andra tweet. Men filmen får förhoppningsvis några att tänka till också.
