I think I just managed to update my Akkoma instance.
I appear to have some settings wrong for the S3 configuration though… and that is likely why my images aren’t displaying. Like my avatar...

Both. If you allow it, people who have you in their address book will still easily find you via phone number. The username is to give you the choice of not revealing your phone number to all people.
I do wish more people would acknowledge this simple principle of generative AI. It’s ”hallucinations” all the way down.

Min hjärtoperation tvingade mig att dra ner på tempot. Det är bra. Men allt eftersom krafterna återvänder inser jag att jag verkligen vill försöka hitta tid att skriva den här boken i år, även om det får gå åt lite kvällar och helger.
Jag vet att det är många som har behov av tips och vägledning för att navigera och kontrollera en alltmer digital – och inte sällan uppmärksamhetsslukande – vardag. Råd som gör att man kan känna mer lugn och bibehålla sin makt över verktygen, istället för det omvända.
Men jag skulle gärna ta emot din hjälp.
Min utmaning är inte att formulera råden. Det känns som att jag har oändliga listor med ämnen att dela med mig av. Min största utmaning är hur jag ska begränsa mig.
Så om du vill dela med dig av dina tankar om vad du (eller någon i din närhet) skulle vilja ha hjälp med, eller förstå bättre, så skulle jag vara oerhört tacksam. Det hjälper mig att prioritera och strukturera bokens innehåll. Om du samtidigt har exempel på sådant som gått fel är det förstås guld värt.

💯 Also, the idea of a hacker robot is so deeply bizarre to me.
Take the code out of the computer, put it in a physical, clumsy embodiment and have it interact back into the computer using the slowest input interaction mode possible. 😂

I second Ghost. Very happy I moved to a self-hosted version of it a few years ago.
It's not that these people don't care about vulnerable and underserved populations. It's that they go out of their way to subject everyone to further pain.
