I always find it fascinating to think about how tech companies taught everyone to never log out of their account… 🤯
Also interesting how many of them have resorted to introducing friction (adding questions to join forums, disabling functionality during election, etc…) when it has become too obvious that the frictionless experience can often lead to immense harm.
