@fschaap These points are just excellent. So much of my time is spent convincing makers that in general people actually don't know about many of these things.

But I also see designers (sometimes myself included) being frustrated by how slowly someone may move through a website, and assume this is a problem. Some people actually just move slowly and are fine with that.

Also, branding and marketing win most real estate fights 😂
