The free templates I produce often become popular everyday tools. They can be used as backgrounds in whiteboard services such as Mural and Miro, or for summarizing insights in a report.
Why free? I've been blogging indepedently and giving away free templates in communications and digital strategy for over 20 years now. Honestly, I want the tech space to be more compassionate, for technology to really help people and for fewer people to have to use systems that don't work for them.
Templates are a good help when you need to reflect on important decisions but are struggling to consider all the important aspects and elements of those decisions.
As you know, high-stakes decision-making in digital often happens at unhealthy speeds – and without clear frameworks – leading to tunnel vision that renders important dependencies invisible.
