One way of working with #DigitalEthics is conducting regular moral consideration of the effects of one's work. I think this worksheet by Spotify is a great way of surfacing topics that are too easily overlooked in tech work. Their worksheet includes topics within physical, emotional and societal harm, prompting their teams to think about how a product may encourage or cause this harm. Each row in the worksheet also contains columns to assess the likelihood of the harm occurring and the potential severity (level of concern).
