I've mentioned before how I avoid the colossal US products and try to support small tech. We also often have awesome European alternatives to most of the behemoths. In this post, however, I focus on outlining why I avoid using the hugely popular video conferencing tool Zoom. There's rarely time for me to provide this overview in conversation.
