There are few things in my career I am as proud of as implementing and teaching the Ethics in Design course. It's a 3-week course at Nackademin, part of a two year vocational program to become a UX Designer. Very few educational programmes take ethics seriously, and this one has decided to do so in a really big way.

If you want to employ UX Designers who are well-versed in reflective reasoning, documentation and visualizing insights around well-being and impact of products and services, you want to be looking in this direction.

Huge thank you to all guest speakers who not only bring important puzzle pieces for understanding the wide spectrum of responsibilites as a designer, but also help illustrate that this is a significant focus area for many designers today. One that is, thankfully, becoming ever harder to ignore.
