Recently Tim Brown, CEO of IDEO, received a question about ethics and the Hippocratic Oath. In his response he says: "if we made the oath to first do no harm as designers, we would likely never do anything new".
I could not let this statement go uncommented. Prominent design leaders need to be more careful in their statements around ethics.
