Against all odds I managed to attend Melissa Perri's awesome talk on Continuous Product Improvement at Valtech. I spilled coffee all over the floor, interrupted with a beeping Apple Watch, but Melissa stayed in the zone and I managed to flnish my sketchnotes :)
